The First Pastry

My first Saturday job in a bakery that fuelled the love and started my interest in the industry.

Award

Graduated college with a Distinction in Patisserie and Confectionery.​

Progress

Completed a Business Diploma, secured my branding and started trialling my own recipes.

​​Made it Happen

Started Flourish Bakery from my home kitchen.

Mission

To always create fresh seasonal, quality baked goods without preservatives or hidden ingredients.

Whether you require a gluten-free, vegan or whole food diet, there's something for everyone so that no-one misses out.

Regularly bringing our goods to local markets and always available to order.

Vision

In the future we'll look forward to seeing all our lovely supportive customers in a café of our own, where all of our bakes will be available alongside a coffe and a full menu.

We're looking forward to the time where we can can offer baking classes and party packages.

​

The aim for Flourish is to be able to run an apprenticeship program for women that have been through adverse circumstances, to grow their skills, build their confidence and see them flourish.
